We will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable. For returns, fill out our contact us form online and select “Exchange/Refund” as the reason for contact." DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

"CafePress produces and ships many of our products from within the United States. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
